Thats no problem for me, The charger has yet to go on. Would it be worth while to install it when I put the charger on? Or, would my money be better spent on something else?

If the charger is not on the car yet, then definitely install one! It will be far easier to do it now than later.

    Question

When I had the blower put on a couple weeks ago I had the Hondata gasket put on instead of the OEM gasket. I'm hoping to see some results on the Dyno if at all possible?!?!?

Supposingly keep the JRSC intake manifold separate from the engine compartment, cooling the intake 30% (or whatever I forgot). The gasket is made out of very high temp. thermoplastic, about 1/3" thick. A friend tried to burn it with flame, burn it with a soldering iron...not a scratch. Seems to be very good stuff, but it'd be pain to install because you'll have to pull the charger.

    > How hard is it to remove the blower anyway?

hahahaha.... Read my previous post (Please HELP!) - I just got done yanking mine off... It took about 3 hours to get the blower and the intake manifold off.. I wrote down everything I did, in order, so I can put it together easily.. It's 22 steps, but some of them have more than 1 item.. To give you an idea, on my 98 GSR:

    - remove exhaust support bracket
    - remove oil separator box
    - remove both fuel regulators, vac hoses
    - remove both fuel lines going to fuel rail
    - remove fuel rail and filter
    - remove battery (makes taking out blower much easier)
    - remove a whole bunch of electrical connectors
    - remove throttle body & its coolant lines
    - remove blower belt
    - remove intake manifold plugs
    - detach blower support bracket
    - remove 4 big allen screws holding on blower
    - remove blower
    - remove 6 nuts & 4 bolts holding on intake manifold

Anyway those are just a few of the highlights smile

How thick is this gasket when its installed? Does it squeeze down and become thinner? If not, it sounds like it thick enough to mess with the injector atomization.
